These terms apply to everyone who uses thesavvyhumanities.com or buys anything from it. By using the site you agree to them.

Who you are dealing with

This website is owned and operated by Aditi Ojha, an individual proprietor trading as The Savvy Humanities, Howrah, West Bengal 711106, India. You can reach us at hello@thesavvyhumanities.com.

Who can buy

Our students are mainly in Class 11 and 12, so many are under 18. If you are under 18, you may use this site and make a purchase only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and the payment must be made by them or with their permission. By placing an order you confirm that this is the case.

What we sell

We offer digital study products for CBSE Class 11 and 12 Humanities, with CUET products where listed. Depending on the individual product page, these may include downloadable PDF notes, online practice tests and account-based doubt support. The product page identifies what is included, what is currently available, and the access period. Nothing is shipped physically.

How you may use what you buy

When you buy notes you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own studies. You may read or print a downloaded copy for yourself. Every PDF you buy is marked on every page with your name, part of your email address and your order number; it is for your own personal study only, and a shared copy can lead to the download access of that order being withdrawn. Website downloads, online tests and doubt features remain accessible for the period stated on the relevant product page. For the Class 11 All-Access Pass 2026–27, online and download access ends after 31 March 2027 (India time).

You may not:

Share, forward, upload or resell the files — including on Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, YouTube, coaching groups or any file-sharing site
Reproduce the material in your own notes, videos or courses without written permission
Remove any watermark, credit or copyright notice
Use the material for commercial teaching or coaching

All the material on this site is our intellectual property. If we find our material being shared or sold, we may withdraw your access without a refund and take further action.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking details. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already paid for.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, included downloadable files are made available through your account or order details, with download links in the order email where applicable. Included online tests and doubt features are accessed by signing in to the account used for the purchase. If an included feature or file is missing, email us and we will sort it out.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What we do and do not promise

We work hard to make our material accurate, current and genuinely useful. But please understand:

We cannot guarantee any particular marks, rank or result. Your result depends on your own preparation and many other factors.
Our notes are a study aid. They are not a replacement for your NCERT textbooks or your school teaching.
CBSE and NTA can change the syllabus or exam pattern at any time. We update our material as quickly as we can, but you should always confirm the current syllabus and pattern from the official CBSE and NTA websites.
If you spot a mistake in our material, tell us — we will correct it.

Practice tests

Our online practice tests are study aids, not official CBSE or NTA examinations. Each test page shows its own questions, time limit, marking rules and answer-review timing. A practice-test score does not guarantee any result in an examination. If you are under 18, use the tests with your parent or guardian’s knowledge and consent. How we handle test answers and results is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you spot a wrong question or answer, email us so we can review and correct it.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close access if the site or the material is misused.

Links to other websites

This site links to YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Indian law, our total liability for any claim relating to this site or anything bought from it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that item. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost marks, lost opportunities or exam outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Howrah, West Bengal.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
