These terms apply to everyone who uses thesavvyhumanities.com or buys anything from it. By using the site you agree to them.
Who you are dealing with
This website is owned and operated by Aditi Ojha, an individual proprietor trading as The Savvy Humanities, Howrah, West Bengal 711106, India. You can reach us at hello@thesavvyhumanities.com.
Who can buy
Our students are mainly in Class 11 and 12, so many are under 18. If you are under 18, you may use this site and make a purchase only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and the payment must be made by them or with their permission. By placing an order you confirm that this is the case.
What we sell
We sell digital study material — handwritten-style premium notes, revision batches and related resources for CBSE Class 11 and 12 Humanities and CUET. Everything is delivered electronically as a downloadable PDF. Nothing is shipped physically.
How you may use what you buy
When you buy a set of notes you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own studies. You may read it, print a copy for yourself, and study from it for as long as you like.
You may not:
- Share, forward, upload or resell the files — including on Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, YouTube, coaching groups or any file-sharing site
- Reproduce the material in your own notes, videos or courses without written permission
- Remove any watermark, credit or copyright notice
- Use the material for commercial teaching or coaching
All the material on this site is our intellectual property. If we find our material being shared or sold, we may withdraw your access without a refund and take further action.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking details. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already paid for.
Delivery
Digital products are made available immediately after your payment is confirmed, through a download link on screen and by email. If you do not receive your material, email us and we will sort it out.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What we do and do not promise
We work hard to make our material accurate, current and genuinely useful. But please understand:
- We cannot guarantee any particular marks, rank or result. Your result depends on your own preparation and many other factors.
- Our notes are a study aid. They are not a replacement for your NCERT textbooks or your school teaching.
- CBSE and NTA can change the syllabus or exam pattern at any time. We update our material as quickly as we can, but you should always confirm the current syllabus and pattern from the official CBSE and NTA websites.
- If you spot a mistake in our material, tell us — we will correct it.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close access if the site or the material is misused.
Links to other websites
This site links to YouTube, Instagram, Telegram and WhatsApp. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Indian law, our total liability for any claim relating to this site or anything bought from it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that item. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost marks, lost opportunities or exam outcomes.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Howrah, West Bengal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
